The metallic U-shaped head rail made of steel with high temperature basis painted, in a manner to keep the color fixed and resistant. All hardware enclosed in the head rail like the tilt rod, along with its different components and accessories,guarantee the proper movement of the blinds, both twisting and lifting.
All slats made by special aluminum alloy receiving thermo fort treatment and stove enamel coating to guarantee the color persistence. The slats are nominally 25 mm wide, conforming to the international standard and specifications.
Bottom rail made by rigid painted steel, which is also dyed under high temperature to maintain the color quality, void from inside curve shaped which guarantees an easy and light pulling of the blind, covered on both ends by PVC end caps
The same blinds can be enclosed within double glazed glass unit system. These are ideally suited for office partitions and similar sites where the double-glazing provides extra privacy and sound insulation. The blinds though enclosed, can still be tilted through specialized mechanism.
